Defendant Bill Wilder pled guilty to one count of conspiring to defraud an agency of the United States, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, and one count of defrauding a financial institution, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344, pursuant to a plea agreement with the government.
