PER CURIAM.

Michael Stone appeals the denial of his motion for return of property. We reverse.1

Stone, who had been prosecuted on felony charges, demanded the return of a cellular phone and "boom box" which had been seized by police but were not used as evidence against him. The circuit court's order is somewhat confusing in that it states both that the motion is denied and that the property is to be released to "Mildred Stone...
