THOMPSON, Judge.

John Charles Thomas appeals from his judgment of conviction for unlawful possession of a controlled substance1 and possession of drug paraphernalia.2 Thomas entered pleas of nolo contendere, reserving his right to appeal the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress. We reverse.
