Duell, appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing the claims asserted by them against defendant, United Bank of Pueblo, N.A., n/k/a Norwest Bank Pueblo, N.A. (Norwest). They argue that the trial court mistakenly determined that their claims were time-barred by the pertinent statutes of limitation and that no legal claim for damages for "economic duress" is cognizable under Colorado law.
