Rodney Lloyd was convicted of various drug-related charges and sentenced to 324 months of imprisonment. On appeal, Lloyd contends that the district court1 erred in admitting at trial and at sentencing certain statements he made to law enforcement officers, which he argues were made pursuant to plea negotiations. Lloyd also asserts that the district court erroneously added several points to his criminal history score...
