In this workers' compensation suit brought under the Texas Workers' Compensation Act in effect prior to January 1, 1991, the court rendered a take-nothing judgment based on the findings of the jury. On appeal, the Appellant contends in a single point of error that the trial court abused its discretion when it erroneously submitted, over objection, the issues of injury, course and scope, and producing cause of any capacity...
