This is a worker's compensation case. Defendant, the Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association (LIGA), appeals the trial court's judgment rendered in favor of plaintiff, Thomas Davis, finding Davis to be temporarily and totally disabled and entitled to benefits therefor from November 8, 1984. LIGA asserts that the trial court erred in denying its peremptory exception of prescription and finding that Davis proved his temporary total disability status...
