The question presented in this appeal is whether the trial court in denying Appellants' application for a temporary injunction on the ground that the Appellants had an adequate remedy at law, abused its discretion by improperly imposing on Appellants the burden of proving the inadequacy of the legal remedy. The Appellants had applied for a temporary injunction to restrain and enjoin Appellee from constructing a duplex residence...
