Kuehn and Oxley are employees of the Calcasieu Parish School Board (Board) who contend that their local salary supplements were underpaid by the Board for the school years 1988-89, 1989-90, and 1990-91 in violation of La.R.S. 17:421.3(D) and 17:421.5(B),1...
