Bennie Green appeals a summary judgment rendered in favor of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee for the State Bar of Texas (Committee) in this suit brought by the Committee under section 81.101 of the Texas Government Code1 to permanently enjoin Green from engaging in the unauthorized practice of law.
