We grant the application for supervisory writs filed by the state to consider the correctness of a ruling by the trial court granting defendant's Motion to Suppress the Evidence. The defendant was charged by bill of information on February 1, 1993 with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, a violation of R.S. 40:967.
