Atkinson Gas Company and Clifford Atkinson III (Atkinson) appeal from a judgment in favor of Emmett and Dorothy Albrecht and Clarence and Sandra Albrecht, declaring that Atkinson's oil and gas lease from the Albrechts had terminated due to cessation of production.
