This appeal results from a judgment of paternity. The Attorney General of Texas brought suit to establish the parent-child relationship between Mel L. Blake, a minor child, and the appellant, Melvin L. Blake. By five points of error, appellant contends that the suit was barred by a former statute of limitations, that the court improperly ordered support payments retroactive to the birth of the child, and that he was improperly...
