ROBERT E. MORSE, Jr., Justice (Assigned).

This is an appeal of a conviction for aggravated assault on a peace officer. Appellant Godine complains of an inadequate amount of time for voir dire and Batson error. We affirm.

Since there is no challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence, we only briefly summarize the facts in the light most favorable to the verdict. On or about April 8, 1992, Godine was seen stealing some aluminum cylinders...
