On April 8, 1993, Joseph D. Miller entered negotiated pleas of guilty to charges contained in two separate criminal informations. At No. 306 Perry County, 1992, Miller pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated assault, rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and kidnapping.
