In this civil service disciplinary case, Anne Bannister ("appellant") appeals the decision of the Civil Service Commission ("the Commission") that upheld her termination from the City of New Orleans Department of Streets ("the Department") for job abandonment. Based upon our review of the record, we reverse the decision of the Commission and order that appellant be reinstated to her former position as an Administrative Analyst III with full back pay...
