The defendant first assigns error to the admission of testimony by the victim's twelve year old son that on 19 May 1986, at 5:00 a.m., he was in his mother's house when he heard someone in the house. He recognized the defendant as the intruder. He climbed out a window and went to the home of a neighbor who called the police. As a result of that incident, the defendant was charged with felonious breaking or entering, but a district court judge found...
