BAGLIO v. STATE

No. CR 93-1226.

866 S.W.2d 119 (1993)

315 Ark. 280

Sean BAGLIO, Appellant, v. STATE of Arkansas, Appellee.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

December 6, 1993.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

A. Wayne Davis, Little Rock, for appellant.

Winston Bryant, Atty. Gen., Little Rock, for appellee.
