This is a suit on behalf of Miller and Miller, a Professional Law Corporation, to recover amounts due under a contingency fee contract entered into with personal injury claimants Jonas and Amelia Meche. Before Miller and Miller had opportunity to perform substantial services under the contract, the Meches discharged the firm. The Meches then employed another attorney, John W.
