Plaintiff Stephanie Harris sustained personal injuries on March 2, 1984, after being struck by an automobile driven by Dorothy Williams. Plaintiff's injuries occurred as she was about to re-enter a parked vehicle owned by Universal Recording Corporation (Universal). Plaintiff had been a guest and passenger of an Universal employee.
