Michael Hatten was found guilty of robbery in the Circuit Court of Monroe County and sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment. On appeal to this Court, Hatten raises five assignments of error, one of which merits discussion, the remaining being totally devoid of merit. Hatten, who is African-American, claims the trial court committed reversible error by failing to find that two members of the venire were improperly struck from the jury...
