In this appeal we are asked to decide whether or not the trial court abused its discretion in dismissing plaintiff's suit with prejudice for failure to comply with discovery orders.

In March of 1989 Carroll E. Glindmeyer filed the instant suit against Village Plaza Partnership (and the individual partners) seeking payment of a promissory note given by the partnership as part of the price of commercial property purchased from plaintiff.
