WYNN, Judge.

Defendant was indicted on forty counts of embezzlement on 5 July 1989. The jury returned verdicts of guilty on all counts. Twenty-one counts were consolidated for judgment and defendant was sentenced to seven years imprisonment. The remaining nineteen counts were consolidated for judgment and defendant was sentenced to five years imprisonment to begin at the expiration of the previously imposed sentence.
