DUFRESNE, Judge.

Plaintiff, William C. Campbell (Campbell) appeals the trial court's decision granting the defendant, Jefferson Guaranty Bank's (JGB) motion for summary judgment.

The facts leading up to this lawsuit center around the bankruptcy for Kenneth J. Lagrue, who filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 1976. This bankruptcy had been closed for several years but was reopened in April, 1985, and it is this reopening which forms the basis of this lawsuit.
