Angelina Guile appeals the trial court's orders of summary judgment dismissing her medical malpractice claims against Frank Crealock, M.D., and Ballard Community Hospital (Ballard). Guile argues that Crealock and Ballard failed to establish the absence of genuine issues of material fact and that the affidavit of Dr. Sherman Meyer, an osteopath licensed in Arizona, was sufficient to defeat the summary judgment motions.
