Cash America Pawn ("Cash America"), a licensed pawnbroker whose services the debtors Alice Dunlap and James and Catherine Mitchell had employed before filing for bankruptcy, appeals an order of the bankruptcy court stating that Chapter 13 debtors may utilize the protection of 11 U.S.C. § 1322(b) up to the point of sale of pawned goods.
