This case comes before the court on appeal from a judgment of the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas, wherein the probation of appellant, David E. Frost, was revoked and the balance of his original sentence was reinstated. Appellant had been convicted of burglary, an aggravated felony of the second degree, and subsequently sentenced to a term of not less than five or more than fifteen years' incarceration...
