In this personal injury case brought by a seaman against his employer under the Jones Act, the trial judge found for the seaman and the employer appealed.

Magnolia Marine Transport Company, the employer, contests the finding that the injuries complained of by Charlie Barks, the seaman, were related to his accident aboard the M/V MARY ANN. Magnolia Marine also complains that the trial judge should have found Barks contributorily negligent...
