NORRIS, Judge.

Malkem International Corporation appeals a bench trial judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Tylon Blanton, for wages, penalties and attorney fees pursuant to La.R.S. 23:631. We conclude that the trial court was not plainly wrong in finding that Malkem violated the statute and raised improper setoffs in an effort to reduce its obligation to Blanton. We amend the award of wages to reflect one proper setoff, but otherwise affirm the award of wages and penalties...
