WIDENER, Circuit Judge:

The defendant, Anthony T. Fonville, pleaded guilty to one count of armed bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2 and § 2113(a) and (d). The district court sentenced him to 210 months imprisonment as a career offender pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 4B1.1,1 based on Fonville's two prior convictions in North Carolina for breaking and entering and common law robbery.
