This is an appeal from a July 30, 1992 judgment of the district court granted in accordance with a jury verdict. Judgment was granted in favor of the defendants Tedesco Homes, Inc. and First Financial Insurance Co. and against the plaintiff Theresa Picou. Judgment on defendants's third party demand against Florita Hyde was dismissed. The jury returned its verdict by means of interrogatories as follows:
