Plaintiff, Michael Ansalve challenges the validity of a default judgment rendered in his favor against defendants, Ruben Tucker and Allstate Insurance Company in the amount of $1,649.55 plus interest and costs. Plaintiff also challenges the adequacy of the quantum of the award.
