Edward A. Russell ("defendant") appeals from his jury conviction of burglary in the second degree, a class 3 felony, and from the sentence imposed. Defendant claims that the trial court erred in allowing him to waive his right to counsel, in instructing the jury on burglary, and in sentencing him to an aggravated prison term.
