The plaintiffs, A.J. Reynolds, Jr., Dorothy O. Reynolds, Malcolm McEachern, Beverly O. McEachern, and Mabel S. O'Neal, appeal the trial court judgment which rejected their demand against the defendants, the judicially unopened succession of Major Williams and Essie Williams,1 seeking judgment for the indebtedness evidenced by a promissory note and secured by a mortgage.
