The Attorney Grievance Commission filed disciplinary charges against respondent concerning respondent's conduct while representing Thomas Sanders in a divorce action, his subsequent criminal conduct when he and Mr. Sanders broke into the home in which Mr. Sanders' estranged wife resided,1 and his conduct during the ensuing investigations.
