In this proceeding for workers' compensation benefits, the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) found that appellee-claimant Clark sustained a compensable injury and ordered Clark's employer and its insurer, appellants Contract Harvesters and American Interstate Insurance Company, to provide income and medical benefits.
