SMITH, Judge.
Tommy H. Ingram was charged with incest, aggravated sodomy, and sodomy as a lesser included offense. OCGA §§ 16-6-22 (a) (1); 16-6-2 (a). The victim in all three counts was his natural daughter, who was over the age of 14 during the time period referenced in the indictment.
