Appellants bring the instant appeal following the trial court's denial of their post-trial motions for judgment n.o.v. and for a new trial. Additionally, the court added delay damages to the jury's verdict. Judgment in the amount of $1,347,609.53 was thereafter entered on June 23, 1992.

Appellee brought suit against appellants for failure to obtain her informed consent prior to an operation...
