This is a wrongful discharge and age discrimination case. Plaintiffs appeal as of right from an order of the Oakland Circuit Court of November 7, 1990, granting defendant summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.
