In this action for first-party benefits under the no-fault act, MCL 500.3101 et seq.; MSA 24.13101 et seq., plaintiff appeals the grant of summary disposition to defendants pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8) and MCR 2.116(C)(10). We reverse.
