This is a prosecutor's appeal from an order suppressing evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant and dismissing charges against defendant. The cross appeal of defendant challenges orders denying his motions for discovery and to suppress evidence on the basis of the failure of the police to comply with MCL 780.656; MSA 28.1259(6). We affirm.
