Jesus Barrios appeals his sentence after a plea of guilty to one count of money laundering under 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(1)(B)(i) and one count of income tax evasion under 26 U.S.C. § 7206(1). Barrios challenges the district court's four-level enhancement of his offense level under the U.S.S.G. § 2S1.1(b)(2)(E) based on the court's finding that the amount of laundered funds exceeded $600,000.
