Robert and Ronald Seavoy were each indicted on one count of aggravated bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 2113(a), (d). Ronald Seavoy was indicted on a second count for use of a firearm during a crime of violence in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 924(c).
