Grischkan and his wife, Debby Grischkan ("the Grischkans"), appeal an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County granting summary judgment in a declaratory judgment action in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Motorists Mutual Insurance Companies ("Motorists").
