McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Jane Alexander appeals from a judgment of dismissal of her civil rights complaint entered by the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska1 pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). The district court held that appellant failed to allege a cause of action which is cognizable under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. We affirm.
