Howard Serlin filed a complaint charging Arthur Andersen & Co., et al., with commonlaw fraud and violations of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA") of 1967, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621, et seq. The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois dismissed this complaint as duplicative of an action pending before another federal judge in the same district.
