In deciding this case, the court must articulate the method for adjudication of a claim of immunity from prosecution. Related questions exist with respect to the validity, nature, and scope of a grant of immunity by the prosecuting attorney. In addition, a question exists as to whether a grant of immunity for the offense of conspiracy to commit murder necessarily extends to the offense of aiding and abetting murder.
