The Government appeals the district court's sua sponte dismissal with prejudice of the information filed against Daniel Lee Saltzman. The district court concluded the seven-month time period between Saltzman's arrest and filing of the information constituted a violation of the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 3161-3174 (1985).
