Portland General Electric Company (PGE) seeks review of a decision of the Court of Appeals affirming a Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) order which held that PGE had engaged in an unlawful employment practice by denying an employee's request to use accrued paid sick leave as part of the parental leave that he was authorized to take under ORS 659.360.1 PGE v.
