This action involves a complex case arising from the defendant accounting firm's ("Deloitte's") alleged negligent performance of audits at FirstSouth, a failed Arkansas savings and loan institution. The various motions pending raise two interesting and interrelated questions. The first issue is whether this Court has subject matter jurisdiction over contribution claims by Deloitte against the directors of FirstSouth....
